This Privacy Policy explains how Zhihui Lingyun (Hangzhou) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (“Aura Cloud”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you play our games Bubble Fish and Tile Voyage on Facebook Instant Games, and when you visit this website. AuraPOD is offered through its own website and is covered by its own privacy policy, published at kuajingxyz.com.
Summary
- We never ask for your name, profile photo, email address, friends list, contacts or location.
- Our games know you only by a player ID that Facebook creates for each game.
- We keep your progress and scores so the games work, and we never sell personal information.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time: see Data deletion.
What our games collect
Player ID from Facebook
When you start one of our games, Facebook Instant Games gives the game a player ID that is unique to that game. It is not your Facebook user ID and it cannot be used to look up your Facebook profile. Our games use Facebook's Zero Permissions platform and do not request your name or profile photo.
Game progress and settings
Coins, unlocked items, levels and stars, scores, missions, achievements and settings such as sound and music. These are saved on your device and in the game storage that Facebook provides for each game, so your progress follows you between devices.
Leaderboards, daily challenges and notifications (our game server)
When online features are available, the game sends our server:
- your game-scoped player ID;
- your scores and completion times, with the time they were set;
- your time-zone offset and language setting, so daily challenges reset and notifications arrive at a reasonable local time;
- a count of your sessions and a short summary of your progress (for example best score or level reached), which we use to balance difficulty;
- for daily races in Tile Voyage, a compact replay of your moves so friends can race against it.
Other players only see you as an anonymous tag such as “Player #C1F2”. Your player ID itself is never shown to other players.
Gameplay analytics
The games record gameplay events (for example “level started”, “level won”, “rewarded ad watched”) through Facebook Instant Games analytics. We see these as aggregated reports and use them to fix problems and tune difficulty.
Advertising
Ads in our games are served by Meta Audience Network. Meta may collect and use information about your device and activity to show and measure ads, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregated reports about ad performance; we do not receive information that identifies you.
Sharing and playing with friends
When you choose to share a result, challenge a friend or join a tournament, Facebook shows its own friend picker and delivers the message. We learn only the conversation (context) ID needed to attach the challenge, never your friends list. A challenge can carry the puzzle seed, your time or your replay so your friend can play the same board.
Notifications
If you have played in the last 14 days, we may send at most one game notification a day through Facebook, for example to tell you that a new daily puzzle is ready. You can turn these off in Facebook's notification settings for the game.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can answer you and handle your request.
Our games do not collect payment information (there are no in-app purchases), precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or advertising identifiers.
This website
This website has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. It stores one setting in your browser, your chosen language, using local storage. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
How we use information
- To run the games: save progress, show leaderboards and daily challenges, and run tournaments.
- To send optional game notifications.
- To improve the games: fix bugs, balance difficulty and see which features are used.
- To show ads that keep the games free.
- To answer your messages and handle privacy requests.
- To prevent cheating and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose not listed here. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing our service for you (running the game you chose to play), our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the games, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms (Facebook), which provides the Instant Games platform, game storage, analytics, notifications, tournaments and ads, under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts our game server and this website as our service provider.
- Authorities, when we are required to by law.
- A successor, if our business is reorganised or sold, under the terms of this policy.
We do not share personal information with anyone else.
Where it is stored
Our game server runs on Cloudflare's network, and its database is located in North America. Game storage provided by Facebook is held on Meta's infrastructure. Our company is based in China. Where information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers and on applicable law.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Daily challenge results | 14 days |
| Daily race replays | 7 days |
| Short-lived helper records (duplicate checks, limits) | 3 days or less |
| Your player record and long-term high scores | Until you ask us to delete them, or until the game is discontinued |
| Progress in Facebook's game storage | Managed by Facebook; see the Data deletion page |
| Emails you send us | As long as needed to answer you, and no longer than 2 years |
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA, or China under the Personal Information Protection Law) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, email admin@aura-cloud-ai.com with the name of the game and the Player ID shown on the game's Settings screen. Because we do not store names or Facebook accounts, the Player ID is how we find your records. We answer within 30 days. You can also stop notifications in Facebook's settings, or remove the game from your Facebook account at any time.
Children
Facebook requires users to be at least 13 years old (older in some countries). Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used our games, contact us and we will delete the related data.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Requests from our games to our server are verified with Facebook's signed player information, so one player cannot submit data as another. Access to the server is limited to authorised staff, and player IDs are never displayed to other players. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also announce it in our games or on this website before it takes effect.
